“I enjoy working with senior adults because they have volumes of experience and wisdom to share. It is challenging to meet their physical and emotional needs while protecting their sense of independence and individuality. Residents are evaluated on admission to determine specific functional care needs but are monitored to determine preferences and what works best for them as an individual.” — Glenda Stroud
